Summary
Healthcare Assistant for Care Home shifts in Winsford
re-vite Healthcare Solutions is looking for reliable and caring individuals to support residents in a care home in Winsford.
You will provide day-to-day support to elderly residents, including personal care, mobility, meals and companionship, helping them live with dignity and comfort.
Duties include:
Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Moving and handling
Supporting meals and hydration
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
Completing basic care records
Providing companionship and support
Requirements:
Caring, dependable and respectful attitude
Some care experience preferred but not essential
Good communication and teamwork
Flexibility with shifts
