Summary
The principal enterprise architect leads on ensuring the strategy is built, agreed, and followed for their domain.
The role will:
Manage a team of up to 5 employees, this excludes the Data and Cyber roles which will not manage teams of employees. There will be a variable number of contractors, which will expand and contract to meet specific demands.
Be technical design authority for many decisions and play an important part in influencing budgets and spending.
Be essential to communicating with senior stakeholders across Defra group, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
