In this role, you’ll work across four coastal car parks at Porthor, Porthdinllaen, Llanbedrog, and Aberdaron, as well as our visitor centre, Porth y Swnt.

This is a zero-hour contract, meaning we can’t guarantee a set number of hours each week. While we aim to provide a consistent work pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We’ll try to give as much notice as possible.

This is a fixed-term position until 13/09/26 where you'll work from 10am to 4pm, up to five days a week.

The role requires flexibility, and you should be comfortable working most weekends and bank holidays.

Please note that the ability to converse fluently in Welsh and English, as well as reliable transportation to all locations, is essential for this role.

What it's like to work here

Our four coastal car parks are vital hubs, offering visitors easy access to pristine beaches, the Wales Coast Path, and the many treasures of the wider area. Additionally, our visitor centre, Porth y Swnt is a welcoming gateway, inspiring visitors to explore Llŷn.

As a Welcome & Service Team Member, you'll report to the Welcome Manager and work as part of a dedicated team across these beautiful locations. Together, you'll play a key role in ensuring that every visitor has a fantastic experience, while having a direct impact on the commercial performance of the sites.
