The Role
Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on general haulage
Delivering goods safely and efficiently across local and nationwide routes
Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant with transport regulations
Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
Maintaining a professional approach at all times
⏰ Working Hours
Monday to Friday – Day shifts
Regular, consistent hours
Very occasional nights out required
Pay & Benefits
£16.00 per hour (days)
£19.00 per hour (weekends)
Accrued holiday pay on top of hourly rate
Enrolment into a workplace pension after qualifying period
Temp to perm opportunity
Ongoing, stable work with long-term prospects
✅ Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Previous general haulage experience preferred
Reliable, flexible and professional attitude
