Summary
I am looking for a person with experience of building extensions from installing foundations, drains, concrete floors, new roofs and is good at DIY. There will be an opportunity of having shares in the company and to become the supervisor and leading up to contract manger. The successful person will work on all aspects of the work and be willing to work with other trades working on the projects. Being reliable and taking a great pride in the work is important. The work is mainly in the Trafford area and hours of work are from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is available in the evenings and on Saturdays on some of our projects. Salary is negotiable depending in experience. Would also suit PAYE OR CIS workers. Please send me your CV immediate start available.
