Summary

Engagement Team Administrator

Location: JTL's National Administration Centre - Wrexham
Working pattern/hours: Full time, 35 hours per week.
Salary: Starting salary £24,858

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
To carry out a range of routine administrative duties to support the team in maintaining KPI’s and as required by Management.Handle all enquiries in a timely and professional manner as directed.Ensure all Applicant, Learner and Employer documentation / information is logged accurately into the company systems within agreed timescales, always maintaining a high level of accuracy.Build and maintain good working relationships with all teams within the division and with relevant external parties.Provide information, advice and guidance when receiving and responding to inbound communications. Where possible solving queries first-hand, always ensuring Customer (Internal and External) satisfaction.

Person Specification
Essential Requirements:
GCSE, Maths and English, A-C or equivalentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail, with good prioritisation and organisation skills
IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations, and spreadsheets
Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively

Desirable:
Prior experience in a similar role
