Summary

Marketing Apprenticeship Tutor (Remote)

Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (Full‑time, remote)

Ginger Nut Training is an independently owned, award‑winning, Ofsted ‘Good’ apprenticeship training provider delivering high‑quality provision nationwide. We specialise in Office, Marketing and Digital apprenticeships, with a strong focus on learner progression, employer engagement and quality.

We are looking to appoint an additional Marketing Apprenticeship Tutor to support the delivery of Level 3 and Level 4 Marketing apprenticeship standards.

This is a remote role, supported by a strong back‑office, quality and delivery support team.

About the Role

As a Marketing Apprenticeship Tutor, you will deliver engaging, industry‑relevant teaching and assessment to apprentices, supporting them from onboarding through to successful End‑Point Assessment (EPA).

You will work collaboratively with employers, colleagues and support teams to ensure apprentices make strong progress, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high‑quality teaching, coaching and assessment for Level 3 and Level 4 Marketing apprenticeships (primarily remote via Microsoft Teams).
- Plan and deliver individualised learning programmes aligned to apprenticeship standards and workplace roles.
- Prepare apprentices for End‑Point Assessment (EPA), including:
- mock assessments
- gateway readiness checks
- portfolio and evidence preparation
- Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employer’s, ensuring progress is clear, recorded and aligned to workplace practice.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to support learner progression and confidence.
- Maintain accurate and compliant learner records on OneFile and internal systems.
- Embed safeguarding, Prevent, equality and inclusion, English and maths, and professional behaviours within delivery.
- Contribute to curriculum development, standardisation activities and continuous quality improvement.

- Marketing Executive – Level 4
- Multi‑Channel Marketer – Level 3
- Content Creator – Level 3
- Event Assistant – Level 3

What We’re Looking For

Essential

- A recognised Level 3 teaching qualification (e.g. AET, PTLLS, CAVA or equivalent).
- Recent experience delivering or assessing Marketing apprenticeship standards.
- Occupational competence in marketing, with relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship delivery, progress reviews and EPA requirements.
- Confidence in delivering engaging remote training.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and learner success.

Desirable

- A Level 5 or higher marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or equivalent).
- Experience working for an independent training provider.
- Assessor qualifications (A1 / CAVA).
- Experience supporting apprentices through gateway and EPA.
- Familiarity with OneFile or similar e‑portfolio systems.
