Summary
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing agency team. This role offers flexible working hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work across a variety of healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality personal care and support to patients
• Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks where appropriate
• Administer medication safely and in line with care plans and protocols
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Lead and support junior care staff when required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a senior or similar role
• Competency in administering medication
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
