Magna Groups, an Ofsted-registered provider of Breakfast, Afterschool, and Holiday Clubs, is looking for enthusiastic Activities Assistants / Play Workers to support children aged 5–11 in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
Hours
• Afterschool Club: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
(Hours may vary by site)
Key Responsibilities
• Support and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and physical development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a clean and safe play space
About You
• Experience working with children in a play, childcare, or educational setting
• Passionate, reliable, and engaging
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
• Qualification in Play work or Childcare (Level 2 or 3)
• Paediatric First Aid
