About the Role:
At Vybrant Lounge, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Nail Technician to deliver high-quality nail services in a luxury, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who values excellence, creativity, and exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nail services including:
- Manicures & Pedicures
- BIAB (Builder in a Bottle)
- Gel polish application
- Acrylic extensions & infills
- Nail art and custom designs
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels relaxed and valued
- Carry out thorough client consultations and provide aftercare advice
- Keep up to date with latest nail trends, techniques, and products
Support with promoting services through:
- Taking high-quality photos/videos of work
- Encouraging client reviews and repeat bookings
- Manage appointment times effectively to maximise productivity
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Nail Technician (Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience in acrylics, BIAB, and gel systems
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in nail design
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-presented, and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Experience in luxury or high-end salons
- Knowledge of additional treatments (e.g. basic massage or beauty services)
- Social media awareness for promoting work
