• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2 (or relevant training for ECTs)
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Proven or developing ability to deliver consistently strong teaching and secure good pupil outcomes
• High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
