The Whitchurch Clinic is a well-established chiropractic and multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Cardiff, offering a wide range of services including chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, podiatry, and more. As our practice grows, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist & Invoice Clerk to join our friendly team. This role combines front-of-house reception duties with financial administration and invoicing tasks, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our clinic.
The Role
As front of house this is a vital position provides essential support to both our patients and practitioners while managing key administrative and invoicing responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
Reception & Administration
- Greet and assist patients, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
- Manage appointments, phone calls, emails, and online enquiries
- Support practitioners with scheduling and patient coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Help with general administrative duties to keep the clinic running smoothly
Invoicing & Financial Admin
- End-of-month organise and send our monthly invoices for therapy room hire
- Track & chase outstanding balances
- Manage insurance invoicing/billing
- Liaise with the management team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Check staff time sheets for payroll

- Experience handling invoices, payments, or bookkeeping tasks
