Your new role
Provide first-line IT support to end users, delivering hands-on, desk-side assistance across the office. The role focusses on floor walking support, device resets, and resolving common hardware, software, and access issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide floor walking support to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in person
- Reset and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Support login, password, and account access issues
- Set up hardware, peripherals, and user workstations
- Respond to IT support requests and log incidents accurately
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd line support when required
