Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN
Hourly Rate: £20.15
Shifts: Nights
Hours per week: 38.5
If you’re an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) who prefers nights and knows what good nursing home care should look like, this is a role where you can focus on exactly that. Based in a warm and homely Nursing Home, you’ll be supporting older adults with a mix of nursing and dementia needs, with clear routines and a steady, manageable pace.
Before You Apply
- You must be a registered RGN or RMN with a valid NMC registration.
- You must have previous nursing home experience with older adults.

What You’ll Need
• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
• Proven experience working in a nursing home environment
• Confidence managing clinical care and decision-making at night
• Strong understanding of elderly care, including dementia
What You’ll Do
• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
• Administer medication and monitor clinical conditions
• Lead shifts and make informed clinical decisions overnight
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance
• Work collaboratively with care staff to support residents
• Respond appropriately to changes in residents’ health needs
