Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Sales Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with product choices and ensuring the shop runs smoothly day-to-day. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and will be able to develop skills within a family friendly environment, contributing to the overall success of our store.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with choosing prams, pushchairs and other baby products
- Demonstrating how products work and explaining features
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well stocked
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced manner in busier periods.
Experience in a sales or retail role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
