Summary
The successful applicant will have responsibility for the day-to-day care of laparoscopic colorectal patients under the care of 2 consultant surgeons. The department has a particular interest in laparoscopic pelvic resections. The fellow will take part in the out of hours on call rota only Full-time including participation in a full shift rota system working 1:8 weekday, 1:8 Weekends The clinical duties of the post include the following: Operating Lists, Outpatient clinics, multi-disciplinary meetings, Ward care of laparoscopic post-operative patients and colonoscopy lists.
