Summary

Customer Service Advisor Bury St Edmunds- Hourly rate: National Minimum Wage
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in welcoming individuals to our sites, setting the stage for their well-being and leisure journey. Your responsibilities will include handling bookings, membership sales, and addressing member queries with care and professionalism.
15 hours per week
Rota
2/3 Weekends 1/3 Mon, Thu, Fri Evenings

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors to our facilities, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Manage bookings, process memberships, and provide information to members as needed.

Maintain a high standard of customer service, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.

Utilise computer systems confidently to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
