CCT in General Adult Psychiatry (or within six months of completion). Experience in the assessment and management of adult ADHD and other neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical leadership. Excellent communication skills and commitment to patientcentred care. Evidence of ongoing CPD and reflective practice. Desirable Experience in supervision, teaching, or training. Involvement in audit, research, or service development. Additional training or qualifications in education, leadership, or service improvement.
