What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be supporting people during weekends, often when they need it most.
Your visits may include:
Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Helping clients start their day or settle in for the evening
Assisting with safe movement and mobility
Preparing light meals and drinks
Providing companionship, sometimes a chat is everything
Supporting independence and daily routines
Assisting with medication
Completing short care notes after each visit
No two visits are the same, but every single one matters.
Pay & Benefits
We value our team properly, especially those giving up their weekends:
£15.20 per hour
40p per mile mileage allowance
Enhanced Bank Holiday pay
Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
Fully paid training and induction (no experience needed)
Ongoing support from a genuinely supportive team
Funded NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care
£250 Refer a Friend bonus
Access to early pay through Level

Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Right to work in the UK
No experience required, we’ll train you
