Summary
Livingstones Freehouse in Kessingland are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef and over 10 years’ experience working in professional kitchens, with strong knowledge of traditional British/pub cuisine as well as Asian and Mediterranean fusion cooking. The role includes creating and developing menus, managing and training the kitchen team, overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, controlling stock and inventory, managing food costs, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
