Summary
Our Client based in Shefford is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at their new site. This is an on-going/temp to perm role and the site are looking for candidates who are willing to join their small friendly team and grow with the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and loading of goods, ready for dispatch
- Ensuring the smooth dispatch & accurate and timely loading of vehicles
- Report any issues
- Follow quality service standards & comply with company procedures & policies
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team, following health and safety protocol at all times
Job Requirements:
- Must have current, valid reach truck licence
- Proven working experience as a warehouse operative
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices & methods
- Good organisational & time management skills
- Manual Handling/Ability to lift heavy objects up to 25kg
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- IT literate
- Attention to detail
