Summary
You will be based at Lancaster House in Stockton and the role requires frequent travel to other community team bases across Durham and Teesside to carry out patient review clinics. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the Durham Tees Valley area and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. A lease car scheme is in operation. The ability to work flexibly and manage your own workload is essential.
