UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We are seeking a highly capable and resilient Deputy Head of Healthcare to play a key role in the overall delivery of healthcare services within a secure custodial environment. You will be joining HMP Lancaster Farms, a Category C male prison located on the outskirts of Lancaster, with capacity of around 550, with expansion plans of around an additional 250. This is a senior role, with management responsibility for clinical leads across the pathways (primary care, mental health and substance misuse), in which you will be supporting the Head of Healthcare. Applicants will ideally have prison / secure setting experience, and must hold a valid professional registration, ideally an NMC pin. Hours Shifts are Monday- Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Working 37.5 hours per week. Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of £48,526 - £53,754 depending on experience How will we support you?
