About the Role
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks to promote independence and dignity.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as the role involves travelling between client visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering personal care in line with individual care plans
• Supporting with medication prompts and accurate record‑keeping
• Preparing meals and assisting with daily living tasks
• Travelling safely between client homes
• Maintaining clear, audit‑ready documentation
• Reporting concerns promptly in line with safeguarding procedures
• Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
• Building positive, professional relationships with clients and families
Requirements
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Caring, patient, and professional approach
• Good communication and reliability
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekends per month
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
