We are seeking an organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting data. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry and transaction recording
Maintain and reconcile accounts using our accounting software
Daily bank reconciliation, working alongside our accountant
Prepare financial reports and statements as required
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant financial regulations
Support audit preparations by organising financial documentation and records
Collaborate with external accountants or auditors during financial reviews
Experience
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards
Prior experience working with various accounting systems is highly desirable
