In the world of education, timing and safety are everything. Your mission is to find, engage, and "clear" the best talent in the market to ensure our partner schools are never left short-staffed.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively hunt for high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and support staff using job boards, social media, and our internal database.
-
Compliance & Clearing: Take full ownership of the vetting process. This includes conducting interviews, verifying references, and ensuring all DBS and safeguarding checks are completed to the highest standard.

-
Detail Oriented: You understand that in education, compliance is non-negotiable. You have a sharp eye for administrative accuracy and document checking.
