Summary

Part time, school hours, Customer Service Representative required to join a busy and supportive team based in Grantham. This is a part-time temporary role which will become permanent for the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 3:00pm
(30 hours per week, office-based)

You will play a key role in the customer experience, supporting both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Duties include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders
• Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
• Managing bookings and coordinating across multiple sites
• Producing reports and updating internal systems
• Supporting onboarding processes and maintaining customer databases
• Liaising with operations, sales, and finance teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Confident working in a busy, fast-moving environment
