Summary
The successful applicant will provide high-quality primary care delivering safe, patient-centred consultations for a broad and diverse population. This will include managing acute presentations, supporting patients with long-term conditions, and contributing to preventative and proactive care. You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, participating in clinical discussions, quality improvement activity and shared decision-making to ensure continuity and safe outcomes for patients. There will also be opportunities to contribute to audit, service development and QOF-related work where appropriate, depending on experience and interest.
