We are currently recruiting a Reablement Coordinator in our peripatetic service.
This full-time permanent position will lead a team to deliver high quality care & Support to the most vunerable people of our district, meeting their needs, and promoting person centred care at every opprttunity.
The successful cancidate will support & lead a team of staff working in our Reablement Team.
With a starting salary of £42,839 -£46,142 including 30 days holiday, there are a lot of other benefits which make up our overall employee package such as:
