Summary
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers and engaging with our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
-Assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
Providing support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
-Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
-Monitoring and recording student progress.
-Assisting with the management of classroom resources and setup.
-Providing personal care.
-May be required to work at any of our six sites.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
-A genuine passion for education and the well-being of children
-A knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
-Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
-Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
