Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Montessori Nursery based in Earlsfield.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher to join a supportive early years team. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality childcare and supporting children’s development through the Montessori approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Montessori-based learning activities in line with EYFS standards
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Requirements:
- Montessori qualification (preferred) or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (1–3+ years preferred)
- Good understanding of EYFS framework
- Passion for child development and early education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
