Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and attentive Spa Therapist to join our small Spa team.
This is potentially a full-time position for the right candidate, working up to 40 hours a week, 5 days over 7, with a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour and additional benefits including amazing discounts, free meals, free leisure membership and discounts off group stays from over 50 hotels worldwide. Availability to work weekends is essential.
Your Key Responsibilities:
· You will be able to perform full range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments
· Provide the highest level of customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient service at every stage of the spa experience
· Ensure your treatment room is always well stocked and fully set up before beginning a treatment, adhering to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations according to standards and procedures
· Promote and advise guests of other services, treatments, and products available at the spa
· Promoting spa & body care products to guests
· Monitor stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels
· Share and communicate to the management team any guest related concerns
· Participate in on-going training

You have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and take great pride in your work
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are enthusiastic and have a positive and can-do personality
You take pride in your personal presentation and demonstrate a high level of hygiene and grooming
You are enthusiastic and have a positive personality with the ability to build genuine and trusting relationships
Proven Experience/Qualifications:
Level 2 & 3 NVQ/SVQ or equivalent in Beauty Therapy qualification essential
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in performing Spa and Beauty treatments preferred
Good knowledge of Spa, wellness & beauty treatments preferred
