The Governors are seeking an ambitious, innovative and passionate Subject Leader of Psychology to drive excellence across KS5. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to take ownership of a successful and growing subject area, lead a dedicated team and inspire students to develop a deep understanding of human behaviour.
As Subject Leader, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of Psychology. You will deliver a rich, engaging and forward-thinking curriculum, while leading the development of outstanding teaching and learning. You will promote a culture in which both students and staff are supported to thrive and achieve their full potential.
