We believe in recruiting the best and then treating them exceptionally well.
Over the last few years, we have implemented working practices which have created a culture where truly great teachers can thrive. We truly believe that we can all be better professionals and as such CPD for both teaching and support staff is planned and prioritised throughout the whole year, so people know what is happening from the outset.
