Meadowside Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate Reception Teacher to join oursuccessful Early Years team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about Early Years education and driven to ensure children develop
strong foundations for lifelong learning.
We welcome applications from teachers seeking either a full-time role or a 0.8 FTE position.
About the role:
We are looking for a teacher who:
• Has a genuine passion for Early Years and a clear understanding of how young children learn and develop
• Demonstrates commitment and ambition to ensure all children make strong progress
• Has the vision and drive to create inspiring, high-quality learning environments that spark curiosity and promote high levels of engagement
• Can shape and deliver a rich, purposeful curriculum where children enjoy learning and thrive
• Is reflective, enthusiastic and keen to contribute positively to a strong team ethos
We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who are seeking the opportunity to lead Early Reading and Phonics, developing their leadership experience within a supportive academy and Trust.
