Summary
Teaching Assistants needed for school in Leamington Spa, Warwick
We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Supply Teaching Assistant to work in our partnered schools in Leamington Spa, Warwick.
This role offers stability & consistency. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in the classroom, small groups & on a 1:1 basis where required
• Monday-Friday
• 8.20am-4pm
• Long-term role
• CPD & Training throughout the academic year
• Primary & Secondary year group opportunities
The schools we work with are inclusive settings catering to students in Primary & Secondary year groups. They support students with a mixture of learning needs offering them creative and engaging learning environments in well-resourced schools.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils’ learning and engagement within the classroom
• Providing targeted support for pupils with a mixture of needs
• Assisting with behaviour, routines, and transitions throughout the school day
• Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience working with children (school based experience preferred)
• Be nurturing, reliable, patient, and proactive
• Be confident supporting pupils with additional needs
• Be able to commit to a long term placement
