Job Title: General Operative / Labourer - HS2 Project
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire, UK
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract

Company Overview:
We are currently recruiting hardworking and reliable General Operatives to join our team on the HS2 high-speed rail project near Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to gain long-term work on one of the UK's flagship infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting tradespeople and plant operators across the site.
-
Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised.
-
Handling and moving materials as directed by site supervisors.
-
Supporting general construction and groundwork tasks.
-
Following all site health & safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
-
Valid CSCS card
-
Previous experience on construction or civil engineering projects.
-
Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team.

UK Driving Licence preferred due to limited public transport access to site.

Basic PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots) - can be provided if needed.
Desirable:
-
Additional site qualifications (e.g. Manual Handling, Banksman, CAT & Genny)

Experience working on large infrastructure projects like HS2
Working Hours:
-
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on project needs.
