Bicester | Full Time (37.5 hours) 4day working week | 8:00am 6:00pm At InHealth, were continuing to grow and are looking for a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join our Endoscopy team at our static site in Bicester. Youll play a key role in supporting the delivery of highquality endoscopy services, working within a patientcentred model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of every individual. What youll be doing Welcoming patients in a professional and caring manner, acting as a patient advocate at all times Supporting patient care in line with care plans, under the guidance of the senior clinical team Cleaning, monitoring, and preparing equipment, reporting any issues promptly Recording and communicating relevant patient information and observations Maintaining clear, effective communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team About you A genuine interest in delivering highquality, patientcentred care A good understanding of health & safety and infection control Flexible and adaptable to meet service and site requirements Committed to learning, development, and maintaining required skills and competencies An effective communicator with strong time and workload management skills
