The Role

We are seeking a Leasehold Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, part-time basis to help deliver an excellent customer experience and high‑quality leasehold services that support our residents and communities.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for leaseholders, providing specialist advice, guidance and support across all aspects of residential leasehold services. You will ensure statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements are met, maintain accurate records, and deliver a comprehensive leaseholder journey that drives customer satisfaction and value for money.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will manage service charges, statutory notices, complaints and arrears, support leaseholders experiencing financial difficulty, and liaise with legal advisers and residents’ associations where required. You will also contribute to service improvement, performance reporting and regulatory compliance, helping to ensure our leasehold services meet best practice and reflect our commitment to putting residents at the heart of what we do.

Benefits and Compensation

  • £35,374 per annum pro rata
  • Permanent, 22.5 hours per week - working days are negotiable
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
