Excellent rates of pay: £14.75 - £15.75 PLUS pension PLUS holiday pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £17.03 – £18.18 per hour)

Guaranteed Income: Full-time minimum contracted hours (24 or 36 hrs).

12-hour day or waking night shifts on a Rota basis - 08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated 2:1 support for a client in their own home. The role involves caring for an individual with a tracheostomy, ventilator support requirements, and a spinal condition including autonomic dysreflexia (AD).

This role requires confidence in delivering high-quality respiratory and clinical care, while building a consistent, trusting relationship with the client and their family. You will be fully supported by our in-house Registered Nurses and specialist training team, with client-specific training and competency sign-off provided.

Key responsibilities include:

    Tracheostomy care and suctioning


    Ventilator monitoring and support


    Respiratory observations and escalation


    Medication support


    Personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks


    Promoting independence, dignity, and safety at all times

      Experience Required

      To be considered, you’ll need:

        At least 3 months’ hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support role


        Confidence working with complex and clinical needs (tracheostomy/vent experience preferred; training provided if not client-specific)


        A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
