Quokka Education is supporting a number of well-regarded secondary schools in Fareham and Gosport - incoduing one of the most improves schools in Hampshire. We're looking for confident, reliable individuals to step in as Cover Supervisors.
No experience? That's absolutely fine.
You don't need previous experience working with young people. We'll provide training, guidance, and experience days so you feel confident from day one.
What the role involves
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans
- Keeping students engaged and on track
- Managing behaviour in a calm and consistent way
- Following school routines and expectations
- Feeding back to teaching staff where needed
