Clinical Lead Nurse - Up to £49,000 – Luxury Nursing Home



Inside you will find luxury living combined with homely comfort, with daily practice centred on helping residents maintain independence while feeling safe and supported.



As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will take a visible leadership role across the service, guiding the nursing team and ensuring clinical standards remain consistent, safe, and well maintained, even in demanding situations.



We are looking for an experienced RGN who has already worked in a nursing home at senior level, is confident in making clinical decisions, and has the presence to lead, support, and develop others through strong practice and example.



Before you apply



  • You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.

  • You must have nursing home experience in a senior or leadership capacity.

  • This role is NOT suitable for newly qualified nurses or those without care home leadership experience.

What You’ll Need



  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin (essential)

  • Proven experience in a senior role within a nursing home setting

  • Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to lead under pressure

  • Working knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and compliance processes

  • Ability to lead, support and develop a clinical team effectively



What You’ll Do



  • Lead on clinical standards, governance and care delivery across the home

  • Support, supervise and guide nurses and carers in day-to-day practice

  • Undertake clinical decision-making and maintain safe care planning

  • Oversee audits, safeguarding, DOLS and CQC compliance

  • Contribute to staff development through training and mentoring

  • Work collaboratively with management to maintain service quality
