Summary
Are you looking to make a real difference in your community? As a Home Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
Your role will include:
-Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
-Supporting with meals and medication
-Monitoring, recording and reporting any concerns or changes in care needs.
-Helping with household tasks
-Providing companionship and support with appointments or outings
Every client is unique, so care is tailored to individual needs, from full personal care to light domestic tasks and companionship.
This is a rewarding but challenging role, ideal for someone compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.
Requirements:
Aged 18+
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete training (provided)
DBS check required
Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
