Key Responsibilities Identify, review, and plan care for patients diagnosed with AKI Deliver expert, patient-centred clinical assessment and management Work proactively to reduce the incidence and impact of AKI across the Trust Respond to the daily needs of the inpatient AKI population Provide specialist advice on fluid management, medications, and treatment planning Support early recognition of deterioration and escalation of care Educate and support staff to promote best practice in line with NICE guidance Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including UHD Consultant Nephrologists and the Renal team at Dorset County Hospital.
