The admissions and discharge area is part of a complex dynamic perioperative suite managing a number of different specialities in major to minor reconstructive surgery.
Main duties are to offer a high standard of 1:1 care to our pre and post operative patients.
Surgical specialities include: Plastics, Maxillofacial, Ophthalmology, ENT, Burns, Hand Surgery and Trauma.

We specialise in conditions of the eyes (corneoplastics), hands, head and neck cancer and skin cancer, reconstructive breast surgery, maxillofacial surgery and prosthetics, providing regional and national services in these areas of clinical expertise. The post holder will work as part of a team to provide a safe, cost effective, efficient care environment for patients, relatives and carers.
They will participate in the training of junior staff and continue their own personal and professional development by rotating within the perioperative department.
