Customer Service Call Handler needed in Gloucester
This is a temporary contract initially paying £16.90ph PAYE

The successful candidate you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high quality front line support. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Acting as triage for incoming enquiries
- Providing clear and helpful customer support
- Raising and logging service tickets for allocation to the relevant team members
- Ensuring all information is recorded accurately and efficiently
