The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused CRM Manager to join our marketing team. You will take ownership of our
email and SMS customer journeys, ensuring communications are clear, compliant and focused on driving funded loan outcomes. This
role plays a key part in improving customer experience while supporting responsible lending.
Responsibilities:
* Own and manage all email and SMS journeys across enquiries, applications and renewal audiences.
* Build, maintain and optimise journeys within our marketing CRM Platform Spotler.
* Drive performance against funded loan outcomes, not just engagement metrics.
* Report regularly on CRM performance, including funded loan contribution, engagement trends and optimisation activity.
* Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Compliance to ensure journeys remain compliant and customer focused.
* Manage segmentation, suppression and data usage in line with GDPR and data retention requirements.
* Test subject lines, content, timing and journey logic to improve performance.
* Monitor performance and clearly report on results, insights and recommended actions.
* Translate data into practical optimisation activity.
* Support future CRM development including personalisation and lifecycle marketing.
* Maintain journey documentation and logic for clarity and continuity.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation role.
* Hands on experience with email and SMS platforms.
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation and journey design.
* Comfortable working with data and performance reporting.
* Experience working in regulated or compliance led environments.
* Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple journeys and priorities effectively.
