About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 2 (Category C) Hook Skip & Compactor Driver to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled driver who is confident operating specialist vehicles and committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Class 2 hook loader and compactor vehicles safely and efficiently
- Delivering, exchanging, and collecting skips and waste containers
- Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant with transport regulations
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries
- Providing a professional and courteous service to customers
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Proven experience operating hook skip and/or compactor vehicles
- Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
