Summary
This role will also act as a key point of contact for staff requiring Reasonable Adjustments, ensuring that appropriate workplace modifications are assessed, recommended, and implemented in a timely manner. Work in collaboration with managers, Occupational Health, HR, and external providers to ensure Reasonable Adjustments are effectively embedded. Develop and maintain systems to track and review adjustments, ensuring ongoing effectiveness. Provide training and awareness sessions on Reasonable Adjustments and disability inclusion. Support service delivery teams in identifying and implementing accessibility improvements for patients and service users. Policy Development & Compliance Implements and contributes to the review and development of EDIpolicies and procedures to ensure they are inclusive and meet legal requirements. Training & Awareness Develop and deliver EDI training sessions and workshops for staff at all levels. Raise awareness of unconscious bias, cultural competency, disability inclusion, and other key EDI topics. Support the development of online resources, toolkits, and guidance documents to enhance EDI knowledge across the organisation.
