Summary
Preferred days/times:
8 hours a week - Hours to be completed on Tuesdays and weekends, times can be discussed on interviews
Female PA - due to personal care support needed.
Tasks/duties:
Accessing the community – support with road safety and vulnerability while out and to take part in recreational activities.
Support with personal care when being supported out.
Encouraging and supporting with independent living skills like ironing and laundry.

Learning Disability
Communication:
Limited verbal communication – uses single words.
What do you enjoy doing:
Enjoys going for walks, playing badminton, tennis, going shopping, café & restaurants.
Pets: NO
Driving license required: YES – not essential.
